SMEs: China and India are the main buyers of Peruvian SMEs Alibaba.com platform


China and India are major buyers of the products we offer small and medium enterprises (SMEs) Peruvian Alibaba.com platform, followed by countries like the U.S. and Brazil, reported the Business Development Manager the company, Steve Head.

Alibaba.com currently has 55 million users, mostly SMEs, of which 40 million are from China while 15 million are from other countries.

"The beauty of Alibaba.com, and to be aware of Peruvian companies, is that 90 percent of its users are active shoppers, meaning they are willing to buy at the moment see a good deal, "he said.

Head said that the platform Alibaba.com, 30.8 percent of users under SME distributors / wholesalers, while 27.3 percent SME producers / wholesalers and 20.4 percent for SMEs retailers.
