PORK TENDERLOIN IN LEEK SAUCE SAUCE SCALLOPS


Ingredients:


1 kg. Iberian sirloin


Five garlic cloves


Four pieces of leeks


A sprig of rosemary


Two laurel leaves


Salt pepper


Wine chamomile

Preparation:
